The area

Moraira

Moraira is a calm, easy-going resort town on the Costa Blanca, loved by families. From the villas it is a five minute walk to the bay of El Portet, and about fifteen minutes to the town centre with its harbour, shops and restaurants.

Feel like exploring? The coast road strings together little bays and villages, and both Alicante and Valencia are about an hour away by car.

What guests ask us before booking

How do I book a villa?

Pick your arrival and departure day in the calendar and send the enquiry form. You receive a confirmation from the owner by email; only then is the booking final. Changeover day is Saturday.

What does a week cost?

The rate depends on the season and on the size of your group; the table under each villa gives the weekly price and the calendar works out your week straight away. From a certain number of guests (see the villa) € 350 per week is added. Prices are indicative; confirmation follows by email.

Which costs come on top?

€ 250 final cleaning and a € 700 deposit. The deposit is returned after a stay without damage.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Arrival from 4 pm, departure before 10 am.

How far is the beach?

El Portet beach is 400 metres away; the centre of Moraira with its shops and restaurants is 900 metres.

Does every villa have its own pool?

Yes. Each villa has a large private pool and new air conditioning.

Can I see which villa is free in a given week?

Yes, the combined calendar shows all three villas side by side per month, also for longer winter stays.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed.
