Villa Renate was thoroughly renovated from the ground up in 2014, with excellent materials and an eye for sustainability. It has underfloor heating powered by a heat pump, a large solar installation on the roof and modern air conditioning, and the house is well insulated.
The house has five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. There is a fireplace in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen both indoors and outdoors.
The spacious pool sits beside the large terrace, with the new pergola next to it. There are terraces upstairs and downstairs, with views over the surrounding landscape. Villa Renate is in a quiet spot near the end of a dead-end street and offers plenty of privacy.

Fantastische locatie en schitterend huis, fijne communicatie met de eigenaar en beheerder van deze prachtige villa. Bij vragen werd dit zeer snel opgepakt. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad .

We have just returned from a Lovely Holiday to Villa Renate. We were a family from 20's to 80 & the Villa was perfect for us all. The Villa had everything you need and loved all the different relaxing areas and the Pool was a perfect temperature. Taxis were easy to arrange or we walked down the steps along the scenic coastal path. A Great Holiday
Het huis was perfect! Van alle gemakken voorzien. Veel ruimte, ruime kamers, schoon! Zowel binnen als buiten was het genieten! Het zwembad ligt perfect qua zon! Communicatie was top, erg genoten!
The house was perfect! Every comfort you could want. Lots of space, spacious rooms, clean! Inside and outside alike, it was a joy! The pool is perfectly placed for the sun! Communication was excellent, we really enjoyed it!
Lovely property in one of our favourite places
We've had a fantastic 2 weeks somewhere we've now visited 3 times and we loved being on the El Portet side of Moraira. House was as described, swimming pool and pool area lovely if you want to get out of the sun and still be with everyone. …
A perfect week
The house was like the photos show. No tricks!!! Awesome everything. We've had a very good time there. We enjoyed the pool and cooking at it's side.
Fantastic stay
… Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at this beautiful, spacious villa. The hosts were very helpful and accommodated us on arrival with slightly early access to the villa. The property had everything we needed, the downstairs outdoor kitchen with BBQ was fantastic and the pool was bliss. The beach at El Portet is close by perfect for our grandson aged 2. We would stay here again for sure.
Fabulous Holiday Villa
We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed every day. The beach at El Portet was ideal for our grandchildren aged 9, 5 & 5. The villa was well equipped with great views across the valley. Large pool which was at 28c at the end of May and in the sun most of the day. Great cooking facilities and BBQ. Everything you need from a Villa holiday.

Conditions
The rate is split by group size, so a smaller party can enjoy the villa too. From a certain number of guests (see the details for each villa) €400 per week is added. Plus €275 final cleaning, €25 linen per person per week and €700 deposit. Prices indicative, confirmed by email.
